      Pros

      The Interview process was very well organized and each step in the interview process was well explained and well informed about beforehand. HR had been very cooperative and very professionally handled all the aspects of the interview process. I appeared for an interview after spending 10 years in an organization so was little nervous but the interview panel member had been great and had made me feel comfortable and had been encouraging. Overall it was an awesome experience.

      Pros

      I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

      Cons

      A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

      Pros

      Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

      Cons

      Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
