some position offer 7 day on/off or 14. more holidays

Cons

Techs are paid minimum wage x1.5 for working stat holiday. Management openly plays favorites. Good jobs usually go to techs who play aggressive/selfish and whine all the time. Bad jobs like diagnosis are dispatched to technicians with good work ethic because they always take any given job professionally. Management often interpret their professionalism as weak personality. As a result techs with good work ethics are looked down on and treated poorly by management. Management compare technicians average hour and praise techs who gets fed all the time as if they are corporate hero while talking down to technicians who end up with all the bad jobs and diagnosis for making low hour. They lie to everyone's face that they don't favor any one over others and every techs are getting same amount of good/bad jobs. They either don't realize that people can see what's going on or play dumb.

They provide in depth training

Cons

They treat their employees terribly. They discriminate against non-heterosexuals or people they believe to be. Their management has no problem, yelling at their sales associate on the sales floor in front of their colleagues and customers. They micromanage. And they ask you to do things that are ethically questionable in order to get a sale, including lying to potential customers. They are also not a busy location so commission is low. I think this is because many purchasers have learned not to trust them.
