Upper Management could never be satisfied. Treated their employees horribly. Very toxic work environment. Their behaviors demonstrate a leadership approach rooted in control, inconsistency, and deflection rather than professionalism, fairness, or accountability. I made repeated efforts to address concerns respectfully and continue performing at a high level. Those efforts were not met with transparency or good-faith leadership.
