      - Work life balance, almost never with long hours. Most employees work 8h per day; - Company wants to grow, reach higher level of service - New technology/methodologies are welcome - Excellent team members

      - Salary comp & benefits could be better, bonus package is "ok". - The teams need new members in order to be more productive.

      Great learning opportunities, all employees were more than willing to teach or answer questions from other departments. Bagel breakfast on Monday, Pizza lunch on Wednesday.
