      The people were by far the smartest and hardest working people there, lots of opportunities to work on a variety of projects, salary is pretty good, and tons of perks. Attention to employees' well-being is the ingrained into the culture.

      Cons

      Long working hours and less work life balance.

      Good to work for, company is growing

      Pros

      - Work life balance, almost never with long hours. Most employees work 8h per day; - Company wants to grow, reach higher level of service - New technology/methodologies are welcome - Excellent team members

      Cons

      - Salary comp & benefits could be better, bonus package is "ok". - The teams need new members in order to be more productive.
