Pros

- some nice people - benefits are okay

Cons

- Place is full of clock watchers. Should you be late 1 minute or leave 1 minute early be prepared for a lecture from your supervisor and then you may even be fired even if your work quality is above par - Generally not a good place for minorities and work is not recognized no matter how hard you work. Not a very diverse group of people, and big-time pay inequity with women and minority groups getting paid lower and white, older men reaping the benefits of grunt workers
