Cons
Company culture has declined since first joining. Superiors manage up while managers and associates onboard new talent. Following multiple reorganizations and leadership changes, employees are either jaded or dejected. Work through lunch, PTO is questioned, corporate benefits aren’t upheld (volunteering hours, BRGs, performance reviews, hybrid work policy, etc.). Amazing colleagues and a marketplace leader.
