We operate as a performance-based culture which is extremely appealing to people who are driven and goal-oriented. These employees frequently opt to arrive earlier or stay later than the required hours in order to surpass expectations and standards. While we deeply value each person’s individual contribution to PageGroup’s success, collaboration and teamwork are essential elements to the expansion of our business. It is for this reason we promote, foster and embrace team bonding and relationship building throughout the company. Furthermore, our Consultants do not work on commission. We offer a competitive base salary in addition to quarterly bonuses and myriad benefits. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please feel free to speak with me directly. Steve White, Senior Managing Director, Toronto.
