My customers were wonderful! I learned quite a bit about animal nutrition and made a lot of community contacts.
Cons
I experienced retaliation after reporting my DM for clear violations of my return to work after being injured on the job. The retaliation eventually led to me choosing to leave. The hours far exceeded the typical work expectations for retail. Delivery days started at 6:00am and our given lean budget meant that I would regularly need to stay until closing at 9:00pm, usually without a break, just to save money.
