Pros

Nothing good to say about this company

Cons

- The abscence of Training and Orientation; I was working there for 1,5 months selling rooms without seeing them even once; - Too much responsibility for the wage offered; When I was working there as a Front Desk Agent I was responsible for everything. If the lock in the guest's room is broken, I would need to leave Front Desk and go to check it; if there is a power went off in the Hotel I would need to go to the annex (which is across the parking lot and it doesn't matter if it's day time or night time) and turn it on; if there is drunk guy with prostitute on the parking lot I would have to deal with that as well. - Unfriendly staff I am not talking about all the colleagues who was working with me, but Front Desk managers were not friendly or understanding at all. They didn't give me hours, when I asked for them, they just kept promosing that one day I'll get them, in the meantime I received 1-2 shifts per week in the peak season; Whenever I needed help and I was asking for it, managers were giving me such a face like I was asking them for one million dollars; - Gossips, gossips, gossips...About everyone. - Didn't get my uniform till the day I quit. Almost 2months I was wearing sweat, wrinkled clothes of other Front Desk Agents.
