Pros

The best reason to work here would be to increase Managerial efficiencies. Getting someone with high ethical standards would be essential to nurturing a conducive work flow, initiative over micromanagement resulting in more time to accomplish task rather constantly investing time to get permission to make an otherwise authorized informative logical decision based upon Customer First practices within the guidelines of SOP scope.

Cons

New ownership and Management from 2023 to 2024 has resulted in the decline of Customer Success, Customer Retention, Loyalty, high turnover rates, and being reported to Wage and Hour. Insecure facility as the entrance Door B and D are compromised and easily accessible. What was once a Ring of Honor property for two years, has fallen into management and ownership which isn't fostering an environment of growth nor does it encompass hospitality any longer.
