      Pros

      People are easy to get along with. Office is nice when you see it.

      Cons

      Far too many layoffs, management is cut-throat and just full of brown-nosers, they try to sell you on how wonderful it is but it all falls apart once you're done your first project and you get laid off. The pay is a joke, and the brow-beating they give you is bad if you point out they failed to provide what they promised or if there's a problem with how things are run

      Competitive rates/benefits Lots of little perks like snacks/gym/flexible schedules Lots of passionate developers and a culture of helping each other learn

      Cons

      Some of the company functions as an agency with short/medium term projects and some of it like a staffing company with longer projects. They try and match people and projects appropriately but sometimes it can take a while.
