      Everyone is friendly, great work environment, free snacks and coffee, cool projects they are working on.

      Cons

      The office is very large and most people work from home so it can feel a bit empty some days.

      Competitive rates/benefits Lots of little perks like snacks/gym/flexible schedules Lots of passionate developers and a culture of helping each other learn

      Cons

      Some of the company functions as an agency with short/medium term projects and some of it like a staffing company with longer projects. They try and match people and projects appropriately but sometimes it can take a while.
