Pros
None that outweigh the damage. You'll be sold the idea of "you will do some of the best work of your career here" but it's a lie.
Cons
Written with AI to protect my identify from my toxic manager If you care at all about your future, do not work here. This company is a toxic, hostile mess that grinds people down and then blames them for it. The culture isn’t just bad—it’s actively destructive. Fear, favouritism, and dysfunction drive everything, and leadership is leading the way for it. The CEO is possibly the worst human I’ve met, with the only competitor being the CPO - I pity the people working directly with them on a daily basis. Discrimination is a real and visible problem. POC are treated differently, given fewer opportunities, and expected to tolerate behaviour that would never be accepted for others. Raising concerns is pointless—it gets ignored, minimized, or quietly buried. Employees are set up to fail from day one. Expectations are vague or constantly shifting, support is nonexistent, and when things fall apart (which they will), management looks for someone to blame instead of fixing the broken system. It’s a cycle of failure by design. This place will crush your confidence. People who come in capable and motivated leave drained, demoralized, and questioning their own worth. It’s not because they aren’t good enough—it’s because the environment is engineered to make sure no one succeeds. The product itself is questionable at best, with growing frustration amongst the customers.
