HR Department & Corporate is a joke along with the company Code of Conduct - Operation Manager Russel Metals Employee Review

I have worked a few other places before and this has been the best job I have had. I love the environment and work here. My coworkers are so kind and helpful. The work itself makes you feel like you actually are accomplishing something and it's not just busy work all the time. The managers are very helpful and want to see you succeed.

Right now none. Some people may not like the physical office itself because it's not modern but I don't mind because the pros make up for it.

Laid-back, work with you, no pressure to get things delivered, holidays, and weekends off, Monday through Friday schedule

Takes a long time to get vacation days
