Pros

one of the most stable companies. you will never feel "lay off" stress. it's like working for govt. if you are not a software engineer; this company is for you...really amazing for other people like sales, electrical etc...they have all for you.

Cons

As a software engineer; if you have another option; use it. Just stay away from this old fashioned company in the UK. I can't talk about other offices. - it doesn't have the culture - seats are filled by the old men who have old fashioned minds - you will never get a quite a cool a nice office - you will never get a good equipment to work like monitors etc...they will give you the cheapest ones if they are new or old stuff - noise ... just brutal noisy everywhere. - salaries: forget it. never think about it - culture: one man teams :) they call one man stuff team here and let you do all job - career: they don't have a culture and they will not give you anything - management: higher ups ? they are good in their job...but important point your managers - people directly effect you: they suck !!! ...

Pros

- Decent pay and good benefits - work truck with gas card -good experience

Cons

- management is disconnected from field employees - review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance - poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation - no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to - safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect - forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
