-Cronysm at its best, nothing is based on merit including promotions or incentives -VERY ugly company culture - “everyone for themselves” and “cover your own back” culture -Massive inefficiencies in every functional department, noone knows how to fix -Highly non-transparent. Decisions being made with no explanation. No feeling of accountability towards employees. -Advertises to be proud to be Canadian, almost all senior management team member is from Australia, US or UK. -Lack of communication, EVERYWHERE -Millions of dollars spent to various consultant companies flying in and out with zero results -Zero sense of urgency or priority, complete non-sense prevails in every project undertaken -Not a single project with schedule delays or cost over-runs. No one has a single idea of what is going on around them. -Employees staying for bi-weekly paycheques, no enthusiasm or sense of pride. Nobody feels part of anything big or important. -Financially unstable, DON’T believe the ads or tweets of success. -Employee turnover rate like nothing seen before -Complete chaos and gongshow -Every employee is ready to leave IMMEDIATELY once a different opportunity is found. -The worst? The management does not care to fix anything above. They are not here for the long run.
