Its a job. They pay on time. Almost all the supervisors were wonderful.
Cons
Toxic work environment with management that, in my experience, did not fully understand the department’s workload or responsibilities. While many roles offer at least one positive (such as flexibility, supportive management, or competitive pay), I did not personally experience those during my time here. I initially accepted the position because it was my first offer, which I later came to regret. My department was required to wear a uniform, while other office staff were not. The team was also placed in a small shared workspace, which made it difficult to avoid illness when coworkers were sick. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions during my time with the company; others may have had different experiences. I believe improvements could be made by better understanding workload demands, supporting staff to prevent burnout, and offering more competitive compensation.
