When I was there, you had the opportunity to make as much as possible.
Cons
When I had left, they had changed the compensation system with a new capped model of income potential. To make the income I was making had to work 6 to 7 days a week and longer hours. They wanted to pay as low as possible in the end and try to get the best talent to work for them without compensating properly. Many of the top advisors left and ended up opening their own place or working other opportunities that paid better. In this business top talent needs to be compensated.
