      Pros

      Great team environment where you can learn from your peers, including areas that you may not be practiced in. It's a very open office concept, everyone's able to talk to each other easily and receive feedback quickly. You'll always have room to grow and since problem solving is the main mission there will always be new challenges and ways to tackle projects. Everyone's feedback is welcome and we often talk to each other outside of our specific teams to get a different perspective. The pay and benefits are good and they're very mindful about no crunch, your work day ends at 5.

      Pros

      Sprung Studios has always prioritized its employees. Whether it's learning and development, inclusivity, support, or celebrating accomplishments, Sprung always prioritizes employee satisfaction, no matter the company's size. The company has grown drastically over the last five years, but despite this growth, the enjoyment and daily satisfaction of working here have not shifted. The work completed and the team you work alongside daily is always so refreshing and uplifting. It's a pleasure to work on what I must say are the top games in the world developed by a top UX/UI studio that I am proud to work for. The work expectations are clear, the salary is competitive, the benefits are excellent, and the support structure is phenomenal. This is truly a great place to work and I am forever grateful for the opportunities I have had here and the opportunities I look forward to.

      - Lots of responsibility early in career and learning opportunities - Impressive game clients - Amazing coworkers (note - not management)

      Cons

      - Management can treat employees harshly when disappointed - Lack of empathy for employees - Micro-management from leadership
