Pros
-Most employees are good people to work with, very helpful and willing to go out of their way to get tough jobs done; -very clean and bright facilities; -big focus on safety; -some attempts at team-building -have a quarterly bonus system based on company business targets
Cons
-Compensation - pay scales are way behind many other industries, benefits are only slightly better than having no benefits; poor choices for pension investing; -Management - very political, focused on career preservation not on managing, would rather see people overloaded with work than hire for proper staffing levels; -HR department is so management focused, employees don't trust them -quarterly bonus payouts are embarrassingly low, hardly worth the work that must go into the program
