As an express Tm you are underpaid and over stressed and when you ask why there is no legitimate reason why there is such a huge disparity in pay in comparison to other TM roles. In express you not only have to deal with extra behaviors from the ca’s but you are also expected to play a counselor to them while still trying to stay consistent on your own work. Express Ca’s were given a raise, all down stream segments changed their starting pay for TM’s but yet kept express the same. Express is a great starting point for a new manager but I wouldn’t recommended starting at statefarm in express go somewhere else be a Tm there then maybe apply to Statefarm.
