      They trust their employee's. They give you opportunities to work on various tasks despite you're skill level which allows you to grow in your field.

      Cons

      The work can be scattered all over due to the size of the projects. Within 6 months, I had worked in Edson, Fort Sask as well as Lac La Biche.
