Great place to work. Lots of experience in this work place. For a young company I can see this organization going far in their field of expertise

It is a young company which is still in need to prove themselves. Strike is currently in a huge growth spurt along with the pains that come with it

Pros

Great company with lots of room for growth. Everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel like a valued employee.

Cons

Lack of appreciation for the little guys in the company and is very much so a boys club. High turnover in throughout the company as well.

They trust their employee's. They give you opportunities to work on various tasks despite you're skill level which allows you to grow in your field.

Cons

The work can be scattered all over due to the size of the projects. Within 6 months, I had worked in Edson, Fort Sask as well as Lac La Biche.
