      Pros

      Great management team. Constant training and development. Positive work environment. Always challenged and something new to learn. No day the same.

      Cons

      It's a KPI-driven industry, so if meeting goals, deadlines and numbers expectations set by management is not your thing, you will not be happy here.

First, we recognize it has been quite some time since you left us a note and we apologize for the delay in our response. Our leadership team is extremely dedicated to supporting and developing our team members so it is great to see that this is recognized by our teams. Although KPIs are a big focus for us, we have begun to incorporate more qualitative measures into our business model. Customer and candidate feedback, peer reviews, and the Rockstar recognition program, just to name a few. We hope to build a well rounded, engaged workforce that can manage their business by the numbers, but also understand how the quality of their efforts in valued.       Pros

      Management team is truly committed to seeing people succeed. Growth opportunities are endless when you drive your professional development Culture has transitioned in my time with the company and is truly positive and encouraging. A lot of people say "The people are great," but I feel like we take that to another level. the people are not just great, they live our values and truly work hard toward a common goal.

      Cons

      Bonus percentages for non-commission based positions can use improvement. Bonus structure is good as it takes into account both qualitative and quantitative measures, but it is low bonus potential compared to my previous roles.
