      Pros

      - A lot of variety in your work. No one week is like another. - Great exposure to a wide variety of industries. - Room to grow your career and explore other areas of the business. I've personally had the opportunity to work with 3 different departments so far because I asked for it. - As you prove yourself you'll get full accountability over clients and deliverables. - Big enough to deliver but small enough to care. I can tell that my manager and members of the leadership team genuinely care about my career growth and development. - The culture and the handpicked team is fantastic to work with. Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. - Open to new ideas and changes - Ability to work remotely - I could go on but I'd recommend you experience it for yourself by applying to our openings.

      Cons

      - Not necessarily a con but candidates coming from bigger/multinational companies need to be aware that TPD isn't as big as our competitors currently but we're getting there. Hence, benefits and other perks aren't as appealing. - When budget allows, kindly requesting for new computer systems preferably actual computers and not tablets. - VOIP system

We pride ourselves in the technologically enabled workplace we have to offer our amazing team members and are glad our openness and agility have made a great impact on you. From a development perspective, thank you for bringing these areas forward as some areas of improvement for us. I'd like to address one specifically, but know all of these items have been shared with our leadership team. Hardware (Computers) - We recognize there have been a number of technology challenges over the last couple of months around the current hardware we are using. Our IT team is hard at work and will begin testing a few different systems with some select power users in the Vancouver office through the month of August and we will be making a new hardware purchasing decision by the end of August. Keep an eye out for this change coming very soon! Thank you again for being a part of our Collaborative and Fearless team at TPD!

      Great management team. Constant training and development. Positive work environment. Always challenged and something new to learn. No day the same.

      Cons

      It's a KPI-driven industry, so if meeting goals, deadlines and numbers expectations set by management is not your thing, you will not be happy here.

First, we recognize it has been quite some time since you left us a note and we apologize for the delay in our response. Our leadership team is extremely dedicated to supporting and developing our team members so it is great to see that this is recognized by our teams. Although KPIs are a big focus for us, we have begun to incorporate more qualitative measures into our business model. Customer and candidate feedback, peer reviews, and the Rockstar recognition program, just to name a few. We hope to build a well rounded, engaged workforce that can manage their business by the numbers, but also understand how the quality of their efforts in valued.
