      - The hybrid work model - The technical team is sharp, knowledgeable, and great to collaborate with.

      Cons

      - The company’s mission feels increasingly unrealistic, yet leadership struggles to acknowledge this. - Transparency is lacking—information is shared selectively when it serves management's interests. - “We’re family” culture is one-sided and used only when it benefits the company. - Despite its branding as an environmentally and socially conscious company, the well-being of employees is often overlooked. - Upper management frequently interferes in technical work beyond their expertise, adding little value and forcing the technical team to rework solutions. They’d be more effective focusing on their own responsibilities.

      Pros

      Base pay is tolerable. Leave options cannot be beat. Flexibility for your schedule. Opportunity to meet interesting people.

      Cons

      Depending on your region, commission is seldom awarded. Your pay is actually only base plus the rare, very small commission. During the hiring process, you will be given incorrect figures for your overall compensation. You will be mislead about actual company performance. Your team will be from many different industries which makes it difficult to have everyone one the same page.

      Strong vision with a clear purpose Open culture with frequent all-hands check--ins from C-Suite Moving towards an emphasis on artificial intelligence and machine learning

      Cons

      Evolving strategy and focus has been challenging resulting in retention issues Salary and overall compensation structure not competitive Too many target customer segments
