Pros
It used to be a B Corp, which was the reason I joined. Now it isn't, I got along well with my co-workers and we worked efficently as a team.
Cons
When the restructuring occurred (the Company filed for bankruptcy in the UK, and Canada went through the legal process), they told us they weren't going to lay off anyone, but they lied.
