Attentive management, good team, great creative resources, client-focused

Could use more senior level help

-4 day work weeks Monday optional -easy straight forward job -nice coworkers -outside all day

-not paid enough/stupid incentive and overtime system -fumes and other hazards -busted up trucks, bandaid solutions -management is super frustrating -good workers get leaned on more without compensation for more work done
