      The work environment and the management teams are the worst. I would tell you should never apply job to this company. They will treat you like you don’t know anything and make you feel dumb.

      -4 day work weeks Monday optional -easy straight forward job -nice coworkers -outside all day

      Cons

      -not paid enough/stupid incentive and overtime system -fumes and other hazards -busted up trucks, bandaid solutions -management is super frustrating -good workers get leaned on more without compensation for more work done
