- Good work culture. Burnout is addressed rather than swept under the rug, positivity is encouraged, employees are trusted and encouraged to exist comfortably.
- Clear work expectations and goals.
- Above-average pay and benefits, especially for the gaming industry which is notoriously undervaluing and overworking its best people.
Overall, as an employee here I feel treated with respect as an equal and a human being. That is exceptionally rare in the gaming industry.
