Pros
Supervisors and co-workers were extremely friendly and helpful. If I was ever confused or had any problems someone was always willing to help, even though it wasn't often it was nice to know that. Work never felt overwhelming or too much to handle. Depending on your supervisor you're given quite a lot of freedom on how to handle your workflow and can even make it more efficient using some programs. People from other departments were always happy to answer my questions about the work they did as well which was nice. Even though most of my work was in the office I still was occasionally allowed to go on site to see work being done. Also they hold fun activities like being able to go to the Toronto Zoo.
Cons
Some of the work i was doing felt quite tedious at times, and there were redundancies in it which made doing it take longer. I was able to make some of it more efficient but not everything is able to be changed due to legacy reasons.
