      Pros

      Autonomy, Flexible Schedule, Generally happy clients, friendly management. Awesome coworkers.

      Cons

      Low pay. long hours sometimes. Graveyard and weekend shifts. On call rotation. Losing business consistently. Little training so you have to learn on the fly.

      Pros

      Flexible hybrid work, lots of freedom and autonomy, good biz performance and budget, feel respected and valued, pay is much better than the competitor I previously worked for

      Cons

      Limited opportunities to move up due to small subsidiary size, lots of meetings and some repetitive work, no real office perks like food etc, sometimes work/life balance are not good but it evens out over time
