Pros

You get paid at least. newer building was nice and some people are ok to work with.

Cons

Backward company. If you are not a Broderick then you are worth nothing. You have to kiss butts to get anywhere and even then. You are treated like garbage. They really don't care about their employees and it shows in their high turn over rate.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. I am sorry you felt this way during your tenure with Trail. We encourage all employees to chat with their manager or the HR team if they have concerns of any kind during their employment, and this comment has never come to our attention. We also send out an employee engagement survey after 3 months of employment and I have yet to come across one with responses that reflect what you are saying. Similarly, our average years of service with Trail is over 10 years! I would imagine with employees staying 10 plus years, that they must enjoy something about working for Trail. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Very loyal customers. Fortunately it keeps them busy so there's always work.

Cons

No administrative training i.e. filling out work orders, hazard assessments, invoices, warranty forms, vehicle inspections,,,all paperwork. Very little training or support regarding any of the proper work procedures and management or office staff don't answer their phone to help at all. No leadership or encouragement what so ever.

Great management, nice team, some fliexibility in hours if you need it. A job you can forget about after you clock out.

Cons

Can be stressfull at times with the work load. Promotions or pay rises seem to be non-existent.
