We are sorry to hear that you felt the pay for your position was not adequate. The Customer Service Representative position is an entry level role at Trail Appliances. It is also a role from which many of our team members get promoted to more senior roles or Tier’s within the organization. We also ensure we review our frontline salaries on an annual basis to ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace. We are very concerned with your experience of harassment in the workplace.
