Pros
Nice office. Some great managers and people left. Some pockets of great technical learning.
Cons
Low pay compared with the industry. Management and restructuring changes have turned the Trend Ottawa office into an unworkable environment. Teams are applauded for not following DevOps, their dev system looks more like waterfall than agile. No focus on developer growth, the people doing the work are now considered resources and replaceable once they finally grow their salary. Trend Ottawa needs a serious management change before I would ever recommend anyone joining. HR is difficult to work with and a little toxic.
