      Company feels to be going on a downwards spiral due to the following: - Leadership is always playing catch up with other companies and seem to have no real vision. - Vision One platform is poorly designed and has many issues from usability, architecture, tech debt, etc with no solid plans on how to address this. - Laying off lots of great engineers and teams due to leadership's mistakes. - Salary is lower than competitors - Slowly cutting back on office perks
