Awful Morale Starts at the Top - Business Analyst Trojan Technologies Employee Review

Pros

There are still hardworking people across the business who care, try to support each other, and do their best to keep things moving despite the environment.

Cons

The workload is completely unsustainable. Everyone is operating in survival mode. Morale is extremely low, and that should not be a surprise to anyone paying attention. Were are tired, discouraged, and feel deeply undervalued. There is very little sense that top leadership genuinely cares about how burnt out people are. These top leaders are incredibly unprofessional, rude and completely out of touch. If you are not part of their immediate circle or on their team, you often feel invisible at best and looked down on at worst. Leadership has created a place where employees feel tense, guarded, and demoralized.

Pros

-They have great befits and are extremely flexible. Great co-workers and people with lots of experience in the field. -Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

-Stepping stone for lots upper management, they will not last more than a 3 year average and they move on after they come and leave a mess for everyone else to clean up. Have seen quite a few come and go and they all come in with aggressive plans and move on to bigger positions with sister companies and leave us in limbo with a bigger mess in our hands. -Department Managers get hired with no previous management experience and have no idea what they are doing and DO NOT lead by example and just delegate their work to others and take credit for it. -No growth, you can work here and expect to be in the same position for years without any advancement opportunities. -Too many crazy ideas implemented with no real planning and they all seem to fail. -People with 20 + years of knowledge are leaving and they don't do anything to keep them or replace them with enough time for them to train someone new. -No real HR department in place.
