      Pros

      SUPER DIVERSE! They don't just say they are for the sake of it... you'll work with super talented people from different sides of the world. Both men and women on the leadership teams, which is super refreshing! Wonderful flex hours and culture, you get to work with pretty talented and passionate people. Great perks, some stock options.

      Cons

      Not a good place for juniors as you need to know what you're doing. No RRSP contribution option.
