Pros
It was ok, the pay was decent. But I did not get any increases or bonuses. Benefits were ok. 3 weeks vacation. Basically a 4 day work week. Good work / life balance.
Cons
Some coworkers were extremely difficult, oven outright, offensive to work with. The work I was asked to do was not what I was hired for. There was no evident room to grow or move up in the company.
