      Great people to work with. Inspiring, making a difference in this world. The engineering dept has very smart engineers and teams work together to get work to meet company objectives.

      Cons

      Lots of work, high pressure environment. If you want to work hard and be recognized, lots of opportunities for this.

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
