      tech stack, learning opportunities, some colleagues are helpful and friendly

      Cons

      micromanagement, local management trying to impress bosses abroad at any cost (especially at the cost of their team members), an industry itself is a bit shady - after all it's a gambling named as iSocial gaming and the industry itself is stressful and demanding cause of competition, etc...

      1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

      Cons

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
