      Convenient location, the people outside of work that you meet were better.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and disrespectful work environment and culture! If you're not the boss or the manager, you will NOT be respected! People are defensive, won't accept accountability, and they would always pass on the blame to others! And if you're the newest and youngest employee, that will be you!!
