Pros
My colleagues are great to work with, and all of them are incredibly talented. It's just a shame that we're all working in a company that couldn't care less about us.
Cons
The leadership is too focused on generating profit. Every decision they make is solely driven by greed and often comes at the expense of employees. I've had to work long hours, meet unreasonable expectations, and constantly push myself past my limits, and the company didn't even bother to provide me or any of my coworkers with support or guidance. Even when we manage to keep up with all the brutal demands, none of our hard work is ever recognized, much less rewarded. Employees are practically just slaves here, and unless you want to be treated as such, you would be better off avoiding this place at all costs.
