      Work-Life Balance is great. Some management is supportive.

      Cons

      The pay is definitely below market value. Hard to get a promotion. Zero outlook for making more money or grow. This place is all about sales. The benefits are truly bad with some useless perks.Cheaper to get the best benefits on the marketplace than get thru this employer. A lot of restructuring and reorganizing, so no confidence about future. Multiple layoffs. A lot of backstabbing.

      good work life balance, fully remote. Leadership is open to feedback

      Cons

      constant changes that are difficult to try to keep up with. Depending on what team you are on, you could have a very different experience at work from other teams as some managers are very hands on and others are hands off.
