      Great work life balance Great people, great minds, always changing and dynamic workforce Ideas are always welcome Culture of new and innovation is widely accepted

      Execution of great ideas above are spotty Many decisions made without input from business partners and mid level leaders Job satisfaction is low in Supply Chain and Finance according to associate opinion surveys 2015 Too many chefs in one kitchen Pay is lower than industry average

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
