      Discounts, events, if you’re lucky you can work with a great team

      Cons

      Very much dependent on how good and how kind your manager and your team are, pay is low and no bonuses, more stressful than it needs to be

      Nice coworkers and enjoyed the environment.

      Could improve in some ways with management, but it wasn't a huge issue for me.
