      Great discount as well as access to loads of advanced reading copies of great books, get to work with other book lovers which is fun,

      Cons

      Often confusing and mixed messages from different managers at different levels, salary does not match the amount of work expected, people are promoted based on popularity rather than merit, hard to plan your life when you only get your schedule one week in advance

      Nice coworkers and enjoyed the environment.

      Cons

      Could improve in some ways with management, but it wasn't a huge issue for me.
