      Experience is experience Great Work/Life Balance good hours Possibility for faster career growth (depends on manager) Free coffee

      Cons

      Low pay Long commutes Hard to change branch after you start Lots of politics Arrogant manager who feels entitled to demand meticulous way of operating an office for a low pay Toxic environment due to manager incompetence Total Technical Incompetence of a manager (can't even fix her camera for Zoom)

      Pros

      Friendly people in some areas.

      Cons

      SVP of Marketing and Customer Experience and Sales leaders are not supportive of team at all. Very focused on themselves and their own careers. Toxic environment where you have to agree to everything they say… not a collaborative place at all. Lack of transparency. Super Old School.
