Poor Leadership at the top level - Business Development Weston Foods Employee Review

Not sure COO is capable of leading the organization. He seems to have an "A know-it-all" attitude. Seems like the culture at FGF is good, open and inclusive. But the COO at Wonder Brands is highly inflexible with Poor communication skills, and No adaptability. Will definitely look outside after so many years.
